In Season
San Josué
Antigua, Guatemala
This is the first of a series of coffees we're bring in from Guatemala this year. This lot, from producer Josué Morales, is rich with flavors of ripe and overripe fruit.
Santa Teresita
Nariño, Colombia
A classic cup profile for a coffee from Nariño. The seeds are quite hard and dense, encouraging us to be quite aggressive with heat in the roaster. The cup is well-rounded with a citrus acidity, often resembling tangerines.
Bunde Harmony
Tolima, Colombia
This lot from Planadas in southern Tolima is soft and supple, brewing well in a variety of settings. Melon and tropical fruit dominate the cup, supported by a coating milk chocolate on the palate.
